KURAMAMA is a visual novel that follows Koyori Okazaki, a young adult, female, bisexual, feminist, and environmentalist. Her life takes a sudden and dramatic turn when a sudden attack of unidentified flying creatures turns her into a flying katana (or "whip") and she finds herself thrust into the spotlight. In the midst of this whirlwind of sudden events, will Koyori's new friends help her or tear her apart?
